Fully assembled! We rate this dock light #1 in effective lighting at reasonable operating costs.
Fostorias DKL-INC Light head fixture comes with this sturdy 40" mounting arm.  This dual strut design is made of 1 1/2" square, 14 gauge, steel tubing. The 3" x 5" x 3/16" mounting plate attaches with (4) 3/8" bolts. This unit features a 5' long, 18/3 SJTW conductor cord and NEMA 5-15 grounded plug. The outer arm on this fixture will swing 300 degress in horizontal plane and 210 degrees in. vertical plane.

The Light Head is 18 gauge, aluminum with porcelain socket and spring shock mounting cusions.  This light accepts 150 watt or 300 watt, R-40 and PAR 38 medium screw "spot" lamps. (not included.)  Wire guard is included with this model.
