Safety rail systems protect personnel, machinery, building structures, in-plant offices, aisle ways, electrical panels, tool cribs, conveyors, finished products, receiving docks, cooling equipment, and parking areas.

Mounting posts shall be constructed of W4x13 ASTM A36 structural steel I-beams, with .280" web thickness and .345" flange thickness, welded to 10" x 10" x 5/8" ASTM A36 steel base plates and 4" x 4" x 1/4" ASTM A36 steel caps. Post I-beam cross-section shall be a minimum of 4.06" wide and 4.16" high. Standard post heights are 18" and 42" and include 4 each 5/8" wedge anchors for concrete mounting.

All surfaces to be painted safety yellow. All components are to be installed in accordance with supplied manufacturer's specifications.
