Mechanical Truck and Trailer Restraint. 
Details:

Truck Restraint

Fully mechanical truck restraint

Size: 17 3/4" wide x 28 13/16" tall.

Restraining Capacity: 55,000 lbs.

Construction: Hook and hook housing constructed of 1/2", 55,000 lb
minimum yield steel plate (smooth).

Operation: Manually operated with push bar. Provided wall-mounted
bracket on which to hang push bar.

The MVR is designed for grade mounting at dock face.  Proper performance relies on adequate preparation and installation.  When properly installed and operated the MVR will provide many years of optimal service.

MVR Truck Restraint Manual

MVR100 by PIONEER,

Outside system: Two (*2) warning signs (one mirror reverse) for
truck driver.

Inside system: One (1) sign for loading / unloading

OPTIONAL: Communication Systems:

MVR103 by PIONEER,

Outside system: Manually activated, full time flashing red and
green LED lights with sun visors and 2 warning signs (one mirror
reverse) for truck driver.

Inside system: Manually activated, full time flashing red and
green LED lights with one sign for loading / unloading operations.

Required power source: 110 / 115 volt, single phase.

green LED lights with sun visors and 2 warning signs (one mirror
